Summary:

Two fishermen found a suitcase in the Mississippi River, and pulled it to shore. Inside, they found a girl, approximately 2-3 years of age. An autopsy did not reveal an apparent cause of death. She remains unidentified. A few years ago, she was exhumed for an attempt to extract DNA, but the amount of DNA obtained was not sufficient for identification.
