Cab driver returns to office and discovers Maynard shot in the office.

Witness outside the business reports seeing a light green, possibly 1971 or 1972 Oldsmobile parked in front of the office. Witness sees a well dressed male in his 30s or 40s wearing a dark jacket and dark blue pants who appeared to be approximately 6 feet tall, slim build, with a dark hair full head of hair with the vehicle and observed the vehicle speed away.

Cab driver attempts to radio Maynard but receives no reply (Time is approximate).

Maynard receives a call for a cab and enters it into his log. He does not dispatch the cab via radio.

Coworker ends his shift and sees Maynard in the office as he is leaving.
