Summary:

Tim is the last known victim of what is probably a group serial killing of kids between the ages of 10 and 12, all abducted in Oakland County, MI, between February 1976 and March 1977.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Tim (age 11) was abducted the evening of March 16, 1977, from Birmingham, Michigan. He was held captive, sexually assaulted, raped and his body dumped on a roadside in Livonia, Michigan, the evening of March 22, 1977. His case became part of the Oakland County Child Killer Task Force, headed by the Michigan State Police. Other known victims are Mark Stebbins (age 12), Jill Robinson (age 12), Kristine Mihelich (age 10). After 47 years, including a new task force that operated between 2005 and 2019, law enforcement has not named or cleared any suspect.
