Summary:

An unknown light-skinned Hispanic male murder victim was found on November 19, 1997 with his hands and head missing. His estimated age is between 20 and 40 years old. He is measured at 5’8” and 150 pounds. DNA is available. A witness claims that the decedent’s name may have been Roberto. They say that he lived between McAllen and Weslaco, Texas, where he was married with children and raised chickens. When he left home, he was supposed to travel only to Chicago.

Circumstances of Recovery:

The body was found west of Corey Highway in section 22 of Blissfield Township, Lenawee County Michigan, with a layer of snow covering it. Both his hands and head were missing. It is believed that the victim traveled to Toledo, Ohio, and Michigan areas while driving an older model black or blue Ford Taurus.
