Wilma June Nissen was brutally murdered & dumped in a rural roadside ditch in Lyon County, Iowa. She was found half naked, her lower jaw & all but 2 is her teeth were missing. She was never reported missing, she was found on 10/04/78 & remained a Jane Doe until 2006. She never had a chance, her whole life was tragedy after tragedy. Her murder has gone cold & I refuse to give up hope & let her be forgotten! She was my biological mother. I was 1 when her body was discovered.
