On August 12, 1980, child last seen in her house around bedtime. Later that night furniture was found overturned, the house doors were wide open, and child was missing. Foul play is suspected.

A navy blue blouse with a Peter Pan collar and three white buttons, blue corduroy pants, and a silver turquoise ring. Carrying a brown knit purse. Carla has epilepsy and suffers from seizures as a result of her condition. She requires medication to control her illness.
