Daniel had left his home in Waco to go to work at the 7-11 gas station on 1/18/1983. He was supposed to work the 4am to 12 midnight shift. He never showed up for work and this was the last time anyone saw him. Foul play is suspected.

He was reported missing in 1983 and then reported as found, however the investigation revealed he was still missing and no contact was ever made. Daniel was declared dead by the civil judicial system in 2006.
