Summary:

Martin Gallegos is wanted for the homicide of 56-year-old Helen Ochoa. Martin was dancing with Helen at a bar when he got into an argument with Juan Guerrero and Guadalupe Morales. As Helen, Juan and Guadalupe left the bar, Martin allegedly shot all three of them, killing Helen. This cold case is still being investigated and Martin was last seen in Mexico in 2017. Investigators are trying to locate Juan and Guadalupe since they are witnesses to Helen’s homicide.
