Summary:

Jennifer Day was working alone in a donut shop at Preston Rd and Forest Ln (Dallas, TX) on the morning of Sunday, 06/23/1985. At approximately 6:35 AM, a customer found the donut shop empty with Jennifer's belongings left behind. Jennifer was found three days later on 06/26/1985 by an excavation crew working in the area of Preston Rd and White Rd (Plano, TX), approximately 11 miles north of where she was abducted. She was found nude and had died from multiple stab wounds to the neck.

Circumstances of Offense:

A witness who arrived in the parking lot across the street from the donut shop at approximately 06:32 AM reported that shortly after his arrival, he saw a male and a female get into a large, dark colored car in front of the donut shop and leave the parking lot.

Additional Details:

No money was missing from the cash register and Jennifer's purse and jewelry were located on the counter.
