Summary:
Jacob was taken to the ER at 9 months old. He had to be airlifted to the University of New Mexico Hospital and rushed into emergency surgery which is where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. His death was from a subdural hematoma which is often found in cases or episodes of child abuse.

Jacob was in the care of his mothers boyfriend at the time of injury. Jacob was also hospitalized prior to his death due to blunt force trauma to the head and doctors had to drain fluid build up in his brain.

Jacob Jeremiah Landin was only 9 months old when he died. Per the Autopsy: The skull fracture and old subdural hematoma are directly related. Such injuries may be associated with an episode or episodes of Child Abuse.
