On April 24, 1987, in the early morning hours Phyllis Smith was working as a cleaning lady at 4606 E. State Blvd. Fort Wayne, In. at Dr. Dellinger Orthodontist Office. Phyllis husband arrived to pick Phyllis up and the end of her cleaning shift. Phyllis did not respond to her husband Fort Wayne Police were called to the scene and forced entry was discovered at the Orthodontist office and Phyllis was discovered deceased inside. Phyliss was the victim of a brutal attack.
