On November 24, 1989, at approximately 12:00 p.m. Norma Jean Wilson was discovered in a room at 3003 W. Coliseum Blvd (Motel 6). Norma was discovered naked in a bed and appeared to have been beaten. Detectives discovered a hat with the name "Ormsby Trucking" in the room. A hotel receipt showed that Norma had checked into the room the day before. A customer in the room next to Norma's advised that he had heard a male and female talking the night before.
