Circumstances of Disappearance:
Alisha was last seen in Detroit, Michigan on January 4th 1989. She lived in the Outer Drive-Chalmers area with her family at the time. Miller was last seen leaving her residence at 5:00 pm to walk to the store. She never returned home and was never seen or heard from again afterwards.
Additional Details:
Police originally classified Alisha’s disappearance as a juvenile runaway situation and suspected she left on her own accord. However, no evidence was ever found to support this theory. Despite this, various missing children agencies continue to list Alisha as an endangered runaway. For unclear reasons, police closed the investigation into Alisha’s disappearance in late 2007. However, her family has maintained they have not heard from her since she went missing in 1989. Sadly, her case remains unsolved.
