On 09-14-1991, 25-year-old Pedro Quintino, 16-year-old Rogelio Zavala, and 2 other male subjects became involved in a verbal dispute with 2 males in the 200 block of Beverly Terrace. The two male suspects shot all 4 males, killing both Pedro Quintino and Rogelio Zavala. Elgin Police identified a suspect, Aniceto Hernandez, and an warrant was entered for murder. His whereabouts remain unknown.
