Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that a group of men got into a verbal argument. That is when Aniceto and an accomplice allegedly shot the four victims, killing Pedro and Rogelio and wounding the other two men. As of this posting, Aniceto is listed on the Elgin Police Department’s Cold Case Unit website as a wanted fugitive. It is not clear if the accomplice was ever identified and charged. Aniceto’s potential whereabouts are not known.
