Summary:
Julio (our dad) lived alone in a rented mobile home. When he did not report to work (Lower Valley Water Co) his brother went to check on him. He found our dad dead lying on the main living area of mobile home. No signs of forced entry and our dad's truck was missing. Presumably stolen by the killer. The truck was abandoned in Juarez Mexico a few weeks later. The truck was brought to El Paso,processed, & as per the EPCSheriffs only 1 print was lifted. PHOTO of it remains. Evidence was lost.

Julio apparently allowed a known person into his home..possibly to offer help to the them. Julio was assaulted possibly because he refused to give them money. He was then murdered and left on the living room floor. The murderer then took a jar of coins and Julios truck and left the scene.
