Jaime has ties to Mexicali, Mexico.
Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
As of this posting, San Diego County’s warrants database shows that Jaime has an active homicide warrant. Public PACER records show a 1992 Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution case was dismissed without prejudice (meaning it can be re-issued) in 2016. The reason was because of the age of the case and to conserve prosecutorial resources. I interpret this as federal authorities have exhausted all investigative leads in this case.
Additional Details:
Anyone with information on Jaime’s whereabouts should contact San Diego County Crime Stoppers (to be eligible for a potential reward) at 1-888-580-8477. Jaime should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Fabian’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s cold case.
