Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities allege that Gerardo executed Eric by shooting him in the head. Eric’s body was then dumped along the side of a road. Gerardo is from California and has ties to Durango, Mexico. Federal PACER records show that a person thought to be Gerardo was arrested in 2004 but it was confirmed that individual was not Gerardo. As of this posting, Gerardo’s murder warrant is still active in San Diego County’s warrant database. Gerardo also has an active Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) warrant from 1994.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Gerardo’s whereabouts should contact San Diego County Crime Stoppers (to qualify for the potential reward) at 1-888-580-8477. Gerardo should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Eric’s family can finally get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
