Summary:
Leonel Torres Rodriguez is wanted for the homicide of Mario Aguillon. Leonel and Mario were neighbours who got into an argument about Leonel's loud music. Mario filed a complaint with the Sheriff's Department which angered Leonel. Leonel is accused of taking revenge when he waited for Mario to arrive at a bus shelter and allegedly shot him to death with a rifle. Leonel is believed to have fled to Mexico.
