Summary:
Gustavo Araiza, and his co-defendant Marco Ruiz are wanted for the homicide of 16-year-old Rafael Marron. Gustavo is also wanted for the homicide of 18-year-old Jorge Gonzalez.

Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities allege that Gustavo and Marco kidnapped Rafael because he belonged to a rival gang. Rafael was taken to a park where he was allegedly beaten to death by the suspects. A few months later, Gustavo was in a car that drove up to Jorge. The occupants asked Jorge what gang he belonged to. Jorge was then killed by a shotgun blast. Newspapers.com archives confirmed that Jorge did not belong to any gang. As of this posting, Gustavo’s murder cases in Los Angeles County’s court records database have no disposition, proceedings or changes in the custody status since the warrants were issued. This confirms that Gustavo is unfortunately still at large. Gustavo is believed to have fled to Mexico.
