Summary:

Marco Antonio Ruiz and Gustavo Araiza are wanted for the homicide of 16-year old Rafael Marron.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities allege that Marco and Gustavo kidnapped Rafael because he belonged to a rival gang. Rafael was taken to a park where he was allegedly beaten to death by the two suspects. As of this posting, Marco’s murder case in Los Angeles County’s court records database has no disposition, proceedings or changes to the custody/warrant status since 1997. This confirms that Marco is unfortunately still at large.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Marco’s whereabouts should contact Los Angeles Regional Crime Stoppers at https://www.lacrimestoppers.org/how-it-works or the LAPD Valley Bureau Homicide Division at (818) 374-9550. Please consider sharing this case so that Rafael’s family can get justice and answers. Marco should be considered extremely dangerous.
