Summary:

Ysai Silva is wanted for the double homicide of 34-year-old James Dawes and 31-year-old Desiree House. Ysai was reportedly angry at James regarding overdue drug debts. Authorities allege that Ysai shot both James and Desiree to death. Desiree had nothing to do with the drug debts and was murdered simply because she was there with James. Ysai reportedly forced a witness at gunpoint to drive him to California where he then made his way to his native country of Mexico.

As of this posting, Oregon’s court records database shows that Ysai has an active aggravated murder warrant. Public PACER records also show that Ysai has an active UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) warrant.
