Summary:
Luis Mario Garcia is wanted for the homicide of 23-year-old Roberto Herebia. Herebia was involved in a fight when Garcia got out of a vehicle and allegedly shot Herebia in the head. Garcia then travelled to Clear Lake where he allegedly shot and wounded his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend in the back. Garcia then went to a hospital where he allegedly pointed a gun at a security officer and carjacked a motorist. Garcia was arrested but fled to Mexico in 1997 after being released on bail.
