Pablo Rangel is wanted for the homicide of 17-year-old Frank Mendoza. Mendoza had left Rangel’s apartment where there had been a drunken fight and Rangel had accused Mendoza of stealing his car stereo. Rangel and an accomplice went after Mendoza and forced him into this vehicle. They drove to an open field where Rangel and the accomplice allegedly shot Mendoza to death with an assault rifle. Rangel allegedly bragged about finishing off Mendoza by shooting him in the head.
