Rafael Galindo is wanted for the homicide of his close friend, 29-year old Rudolph Andrew Ruiz.

Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities allege that Rafael doused Rudolph in gasoline and set him on fire inside a motel room. Rudolph died from his injuries several hours later. Surveillance footage from a convenience store showed Rafael purchase a gas can, $1 dollar worth of gas and matches. There is no known motive regarding why Rafael allegedly murdered his friend in such a horrific way.
Additional Details:
Rafael is believed to be in either Texas or Mexico. As of a 2011 news article, there have been no sightings of him.
