Summary:

Guadalupe Ceja is wanted for the homicide of Hector Martinez.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that a group of gang members chased Hector and began beating him up because he belonged to a rival gang. Once Hector was on the ground, Guadalupe allegedly finished him off with several gunshots. Guadalupe’s co-defendants were arrested and convicted. Warrants for murder and Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) were issued for Guadalupe’s arrest. As of 2005, he had ties to the Yakima County, Washington area. As of this posting, Guadalupe’s murder case in San Mateo County’s court records database is in active status with no events since 1996. This confirms that he is still wanted on his state warrant. The federal UFAP warrant is also still active in PACER.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Guadalupe’s whereabouts should contact the Redwood City Police Department at 650-780-7118. Guadalupe should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Hector’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case. As with similar cases, Hector did not deserve to be murdered because of his gang ties.
