Two Hispanic males entered the business “Botanica San Francisco De Assisi” located at 14683 7th Street, Victorville and robbed Otto at gunpoint. During the robbery Otto was shot to death. The suspects fled in a black 2 door 1980’s Chevy Blazer. (H#1996-068)
