Summary:

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

Authorities say that there was a small block party which Fernando attended to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Dozens of neighbours decided to show up and several fights broke out. Richardo and Fernando got into a fight and Richardo allegedly shot Fernando to death. An additional attempted murder charge indicates that another victim was either shot or was shot at. Richardo fled the area with his relatives who feared retribution. Ricardo currently has an active homicide warrant in Florida’s statewide warrants database. He also currently has an active federal warrant for Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution, according to PACER.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Richardo’s whereabouts should contact Broward Crime Stoppers (to be eligible for a potential reward) at (954) 493-8477. Richardo should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Fernando’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
