Summary:
Noe Chavez-Garcia is wanted for the homicide of 66-year-old Robert “Bob” Gordon. Authorities say that a dog was being attacked by Noe’s pit bull. Bob came outside with his gun to protect the dog and Noe confronted him. Noe pushed Bob through a door, took his gun and allegedly shot Bob to death. Noe was arrested but fled after posting bond. Noe has ties to Eagle Pass, Texas and Mexico.
