Summary:
Marcos Verduzco Lopez is a fugitive from Yakima County, Washington, wanted in connection with a 1996 double homicide. Authorities say he got into a vehicle with 33-year old Ignacio Garcia and 29-year old Julio Lugo to discuss a debt. Marcos was driven to another location where he allegedly shot both Ignacio and Julio to death. Marcos then drove the vehicle to a field where it was later set on fire.
