Summary:
Hector Quevedo Romo is wanted for the capital murder of Dan Baranga. Authorities allege that Romo was the driver in a drive-by shooting where a co-defendant used a rifle to shoot into another vehicle. Baranga was killed and his passenger was critically injured. The surviving victim believed the motive was an attempt to steal the rims from Baranga’s vehicle. An extensive investigation led to Romo’s arrest. Romo fled however after posting bail.
