On June 7, 1996, Mary Virginia Garcia Webb left her home in Wenatchee, Washington, traveling with two known individuals toward Conway, Arkansas. When their vehicle broke down in Livingston, Montana, she continued by hitchhiking. Someone came forward stating they provided her a ride from Livingston to Billings, Montana. Garcia was last seen alive on June 8, 1996, off Interstate 90, approximately five miles south of Billings, Montana, around 4:30 p.m. On June 25, 1996, her body was discovered in a culvert under U.S. Highway 212 in Crook County, Northeastern Wyoming, very close to the Montana state border.

Additional Details:

Mary Virginia Garcia Webb suffered multiple gunshot wounds and blunt force trauma. According to some sources, she had suffered three gunshot wounds to the head. She was reported missing by family members on June 13, 1996.
