Jason Boutwell was 24-year-old when he went to Precision Glass located in the 1900 block of Holmes Road on May 28, 1996. Jason was speaking with Alejandro Constantino in the parking lot when Constantino exited his vehicle and shot Jason, killing him. Constantino subsequently fled. The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Alejandro Constantino and his current whereabouts are unknown.
