Authorities say that Juvenal, Gilbert and Adelmo were at a bar when a fight broke out. That is when Juvenal allegedly shot Gilbert and Adelmo to death. A federal Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution (UFAP) warrant was issued for Juvenal in 1999. It was determined that Juvenal may have fled to the Guadalajara, Mexico area. As of this posting, Juvenal’s murder case in Las Vegas’s court records database has a warrant flag. The UFAP case in PACER (Public Access To Electronic Court Records) is also still active.
