Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities say that David was at Juan’s apartment when an argument started. Juan asked David to leave and they got into a fight outside. The fight moved across the street to a vacant apartment complex where Juan allegedly stabbed David to death. Juan then returned to the apartment where he fled with his brother. As of this posting, Travis County’s warrants database shows that Juan has an active murder warrant. Travis County’s court records database also shows Juan’s murder case in active warrant status.
