He disappeared from the facility and has not been seen again. Dixon had a history of drug and alcohol usage at the time of his 1997 disappearance. He suffers from seizures and may require medical treatment.
Additional Details:
Officials say he also goes by the nickname "Slim". He was wearing a red t-shirt, bibbed overalls, maroon baseball cap and only one (1) high-top basketball type tennis shoe.
