On the early morning of April 20, 1997 Henry Valencia was at sun devil wash cleaning his vehicle when unknown caller call 911 saying they heard two shots and saw a man fall to the ground towards the street located at 1212 South McClintock Dr., Tempe, AZ. He was shot in the back of the head.
