Circumstances of Offense:

Antonio and Lena had been seen by witnesses, fighting while at a bar. Authorities say that Antonio got into his truck and allegedly struck Lena with it. She was dragged by the truck into a roadway where she was then struck and killed by an intoxicated motorist. That motorist was charged with DUI. A year later, a First Degree Murder warrant was issued for Antonio’s arrest. Antonio was believed to have fled the United States but was reportedly sighted in Tulsa in 2000. As of this posting, Antonio’s First Degree Murder warrant is still shown as active, according to Tulsa County’s warrant database.
