Circumstances of Offense:
Four weeks prior to the homicide, Eric and Scott had a discussion about an argument that Scott had with Eric’s wife. On the day of the homicide, Scott was outside his apartment with his family and his girlfriend when Eric approached him from behind. Eric said “Hey Scott, remember me”. Scott turned around and Eric allegedly shot Scott in the chest execution style. Scott then ran into the apartment where he tragically bled to death. As of this posting, Eric’s PC 187 (murder) case in Los Angeles County’s court records database has no disposition, proceedings, events or changes to the custody status since a warrant was issued for Eric’s arrest. This is how I validate that fugitives out of Los Angeles County are still wanted. At the time of the homicide, Eric belonged to a gang known as “The Magicians Club”. He is most likely working in unskilled labor and the LAPD says he has ties to New Jersey; Las Vegas, Nevada; Mexico and Guatemala.
