Summary:
Damaso Sesmas Garcia is wanted for the homicide of his estranged wife, Alicia Arellano. Garcia allegedly shot Arellano to death while she was in her vehicle with her young children. Arellano’s son suffered a ruptured eardrum from the gunshots and her daughter had powder burns and told investigators that her father shot her mother. Garcia reportedly told family members and friends that he would kill Arellano if she left him. Garcia may have fled to Southern Mexico where he had relatives.
