He was survived by his wife Nancy Peterson of Wheatland, two children (John Jeffords of Wheatland and Gina Gann of Wilmington, North Carolina), his mother Berniece Barga of Cheyenne, a brother Del Peterson of Cheyenne, and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Wheatland Bible Church.
