Summary:

On July 20th into the early AM of July 21st, 2000, Shannon Madden was walking with two acquaintances (a man and woman) near the 2700 block of Bracy Road in Little Rock, AR at 2:30am when reportedly there was an altercation of some kind and the other two individuals left Madden behind after she reportedly told them she was taking a break and would 'catch up' to them. Within 45min, Madden was struck on the roadway by a vehicle and killed. Her immediate cause of death was head and neck injuries.

Circumstances of Offense:

The acquaintances of Shannon Madden were located walking down the road about a mile ahead of where Shannon's body was located. The two stated that they observed an older model block Chevy or GMC truck with ladder racks drive past them and was a dark brown color. The autopsy report lists the manner of death as "Homicide" and clarifies that the fatal injuries were from being run over by a vehicle.
