According to the Dallas County Court Records database, Hugo and Alfredo were involved in a physical altercation. Hugo told witnesses that they needed to make t-shirts with "rest in peace" for Alfredo and that Alfredo was going to die tonight. Hugo left the scene but returned shortly after and allegedly shot Alfredo to death. Hugo is believed to be travelling between the United States and Mexico. As of this posting, his murder case in Dallas County’s court records database is in open status with no filings since 2001. This unfortunately confirms that he is still at large.
