Summary:

Guadalupe Velasco is wanted for the homicide of Miguel Angel Cruz. Guadalupe was playing pool at a restaurant when he allegedly attacked Miguel with a pool cue. Guadalupe ran out of the restaurant after a witness broke up the fight. Guadalupe quickly returned with a shotgun and allegedly shot Miguel to death. Guadalupe then allegedly fired shots into the ceiling and over the bar, causing patrons to scatter for safety.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

As of this posting, Guadalupe’s murder case in Dallas County’s court records database is in open status with no filings since 2001. This confirms that he is unfortunately still at large. Guadalupe’s potential whereabouts have not been publicized, however I feel he has most likely fled the U.S.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Guadalupe’s whereabouts should contact North Texas Crime Stoppers (to qualify for the potential reward) at 1-877-373-TIPS (8477). Guadalupe should be considered very dangerous. Please consider sharing this so that Miguel’s family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
