Summary:

Fernando Leal Cervantes is wanted for allegedly strangling 26-year-old Doris Anaid Vazquez to death. Fernando was seen by his wife the morning of the homicide with blood and injuries on his face. His wife learned something bad had happened and that he had to leave town. Doris had blood on her clothing that belonged to a male. Fernando travelled to Las Vegas where he offered his vehicle in exchange to travel to Mexico. Prosecutors were able to file charges for Fernando's arrest in 2004.
