Jesus Rene Garcia is wanted for the homicide of 31-year-old Victor Hugo Flores. The men were at a party when they got into a fight. Garcia allegedly struck Flores with a chair and then killed him with a machete. Garcia then caught up with another party guest and allegedly wounded him with the machete. Garcia has most likely fled to his native country of Honduras.
