Summary:

Eder Guerrero is wanted for the racially motivated homicide of 20-year-old Damion Lee South. Authorities say that Eder and his fellow gang members exchanged words with a group of young black men. The black men left but returned with reinforcements. A street brawl broke out and Eder allegedly shot Damion in the head. Eder is believed to have fled to Mexico.

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

As of this posting, Eder has an active UFAP (Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution) case in PACER. Westchester County’s court records database shows a case for Eder with no filings since the indictment in 2002. This confirms that he is unfortunately still at large.

Additional Details:

Anyone with information on Eder’s whereabouts should contact the Westchester County Department Of Public Safety at (800) 898-TIPS (8477). Eder should be considered extremely dangerous. Sources differ on whether Damion was a participant in the brawl or not, although his family said he was not. I do hope that his family can get justice and answers in their loved one’s case.
