Summary:
Rigoberto Ruiz Sanchez is a fugitive wanted for four counts of intoxication manslaughter. Authorities allege he was driving a SUV in the wrong direction when he collided with another vehicle. The occupants of that vehicle were Hilario Saavedra (30), Victor Correa (22), Ismael Saavedra (19), and Julio Saavedra (17). All four men were tragically killed as a result of the impact. Sanchez is believed to have fled to Mexico.
