Summary:
Juan Sanchez-Rodriguez is wanted for the homicides of 25-year-old Ivary Luciano Garcia and 24-year-old Sergio Sosa.
Vital Statistics
Circumstances of Offense:
Authorities say that there was a fight at a nightclub where beer bottles were thrown and patrons were assaulted. Juan got a semiautomatic rifle and drove up to the nightclub. That is when authorities allege he opened fire on the patrons who were outside. Tragically, Ivary and Sergio were killed and four other people were wounded. Sergio’s relatives were among the wounded. Ivary was a bouncer at the club and had tried to break up the fight. The causality count of two dead and four wounded classifies this crime as a mass shooting. As of this posting, Juan has an active 1st Degree Murder warrant in Tulsa County’s warrants database (Search DOB 10/31/1980). Oklahoma’s court records database shows no filings since 2002 except for administrative reassignments.
Additional Details:
Anyone with information on Juan Sanchez-Rodriguez’s whereabouts should contact Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677. Please consider sharing this so that the families of Ivary and Sergio can get justice and answers in their loved one’s cases. Juan should be considered extremely dangerous.
