Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Offense:

It was said by Detective Ed Williams that Alkia went to Southside park to meet up with her one year old son's father. She frequently went to that park to meet up with him to get diapers, food, and other things. He was very active in the child's life. Her child's father was obviously a suspect but the DNA was not a match.
